MYTRAK KIOSK SYSTEM

The kiosk and club computer are the central systems that manage all data and communicate with all Success Coaches. Users login at the kiosk before starting an exercise routine. Once activated, they are able to accept workout modifications proposed by MYTRAK, review caloric data, manage various flags and system messags generated by MYTRAK or club staff and modify desired goals and objectives. The kiosk sends the revised exercise profiles directly to each exercise station assigned for that user.

MY WORKOUTS PI trending of the user’s last 10 workouts overall is summarized and compared to established goals. The cylindrical shapes in the upper portions of the summary indicate, by workout date, the amount of energy expended in joules for the muscular strength training for that day.

The cylinder shapes represents the current PI value, and the small green circle is the target value for each workout date below the cylinder. Anything left over goes into the bank which represents calories left over at the end of the session. A surplus of calories indicates the PI target was not met and that there are additional calories remaining to be burned to achieve Member goals.

MY FLAGS MYTRAK Success Coach monitors the user’s entire physical and cardiovascular performance and generates various flags and messages for Member and club staff to alert against conditions that may impact the Member’s performance and/or present a physical risk.

Flags indicating improved performance required, caution, plateaus or any number of other comments will be sent to the MYTRAK Computer and staff. The flags will be specific to each hydraulic station and muscle group exercised, and will include cardiovascular performance (when the cardio monitor is being used). A message may appear along with the flag suggesting how improvements can be made. These flags and messages are sent to the MYTRAK computer.

MY STRENGTH This screen displays an at-a-glance summary of the user’s previous 10 workouts compared to their goals including a summary of physical activity for each hydraulic station, and a total overall body balance analysis. MYTRAK Success Coach continuously challenges the user and increases performance at targeted goals are achieved.

MY BODY BALANCE On the female or male figure that appears on this screen, the color indicates whether that particular muscle group was worked sufficiently to meet the PI value selected. A green color on the muscle group indicates the muscle group was sufficiently exercised to meet the PI value and will gain maximum health/fitness benefits. A yellow color indicates the muscles were not sufficiently exercised to receive maximum health/fitness benefits. A red color indicates this muscle group was not exercised and will receive no health/fitness benefits.

MY CARDIO When a Cardio Monitor is used, MYTRAK Success Coach summarizes the total percentage of time the Member’s heart rate was in, above or below their personalized target heart rate zone. The cylindrical shapes in the upper portion of the screen describe the % of time spent below the zone (yellow), in the zone (green), and above the zone (red). The yellow, green and purple lines in the lower portion of the screen are another graphical representation of the Member’s training efficiency and % time spent in, above or below their training zone.
