MYTRAK Health System Inc. is a technology innovation company responding to the ever increasing need for physical activity and preventative health interventions to stem the tide of accelerating health care costs by providing essential support solutions to:
- Overcome barriers to exercise adherence and performance
- Track exercise performance and adherence
- Establish delivery networks of legitimate exercise providers
- Validate best exercise practices for results and impact
- Report objective data to third parties vested in improved health
The role of physical activity is well documented in medical literature as significantly important to short and long term weight management, preventing or delaying the onset of disease, reducing chronic illness and disability, recovering from injury and surgery, and improving overall physical and mental health. Therefore, the lack of physical activity by all population age bands is also well documented as a major contributor to rising health care costs that affects the financial where-with-all of individuals, businesses, and government.
MYTRAK's technology and products support the delivery of physical activity as a preventative health intervention. These products are created to service the:
- User-Member Exerciser by overcoming barriers to exercise adherence and performance to assure results and achievement of fitness goals.
- Owner-Operator Exercise Provider by supporting new membership sales opportunities, increased member retention rates, and additional per member revenue streams.
- Service-Payer investing in the health of specific populations to reduce health care costs such as health plans, insurance companies, employers, and government agencies.
The Vision of MYTRAK Health System is based on the premise that participation in effective physical activity is absolutely necessary to improve health and thereby reduce health care costs for all population age bands.
Our Vision is to provide the technology to coach, track, assess, report, and validate any exercise methodology delivered at any venue.
Our Mission is to reduce health care costs by improving the health and well-being of everyone. |
